Do I need to visit the office for my accounting?
No. We use digital tools and cloud storage, so you can handle your accounting without visiting the office. We work both online and in person.
Who do you keep accounts for?
We work with sole traders, limited liability companies (s.r.o.) and non-profit organisations – we tailor the accounting to each client’s needs.
Can you help me set up a company?
Yes. Uni Creative Plus handles the formation of an s.r.o., a trade licence or a non-profit, including advice on the legal form, complete documents, registration in the Commercial Register (ORSR) and with the tax office (VAT, tax ID, VAT ID).
Can you help me close my business?
Yes. We handle the cancellation of a trade licence or the liquidation of an s.r.o., deletion from the Commercial Register, notifications, tax returns and closing documents, settlement of liabilities and advice.
Can I do business abroad with you?
Yes. Uni Creative Business sets up companies in Slovakia and abroad (for example the Czech Republic, Scotland, Cyprus), advises on the choice of country and legal form and works with verified partners abroad.
Where are you located and when are you open?
Our office is at Coboriho 2, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and closed on Saturday and Sunday.
